Delivery
Orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse normally within 24 hours on Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. All orders are sent with tracking, and you will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
We currently deliver to eligible UK mainland postcodes only. Some remote, Highland, island, and offshore postcodes may be unavailable. Eligibility is confirmed at checkout.
Delivery timeframes provided are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Returns & Cancellations
UK customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving their goods. You then have a further 14 days to return the items to us.
Before returning anything, please email us at naheem768@hotmail.co.uk to notify us and receive return instructions. Returns sent without prior notification may not be accepted.
Return postage for change-of-mind returns is the responsibility of the customer. Please retain the original packaging where possible.
Returned items must be unused and in a resaleable condition. Refunds are issued to the original payment method following inspection of the returned goods.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us promptly at naheem768@hotmail.co.uk with a description and photos of the issue. Artificial Botanics will arrange an appropriate remedy at no cost to you.
