Dispatch

Orders are dispatched from a UK warehouse, normally within 24 hours on Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Tracking is provided when the order is dispatched.

Delivery coverage

We currently deliver to eligible UK mainland postcodes only. Some remote, Highland, island and offshore postcodes may be unavailable. Checkout confirms whether the delivery address is eligible before the order is completed.

Delivery estimates

Any delivery timeframe shown at checkout is an estimate rather than a guarantee. Courier disruption, severe weather and other events outside our control may cause delays.
