About Our Plants
Are the plants real?
No. All plants sold by Artificial Botanics are artificial. They are designed to look as lifelike as possible but require no watering, soil or sunlight.
Are pots included?
Only where the individual product page explicitly states that a pot is included. Please check the product listing before purchasing.
Can I use a plant outdoors?
Only if the product page explicitly states that the item is suitable for outdoor use. Unless outdoor suitability is noted on the listing, the plant should be kept indoors.
What dimensions should I expect?
Dimensions are listed on each product page. We recommend checking these carefully before purchasing to ensure the plant is the right fit for your space.
Care & Styling
How do I shape my plant after it arrives?
Artificial plants can become compressed during transit. Simply gently reshape the branches and leaves by hand after unpacking until you are happy with the look.
How do I clean my plant?
Dust the foliage periodically with a soft, dry cloth. This is all that is needed to keep your plant looking its best.
Delivery
How quickly are orders dispatched?
Orders are normally dispatched within 24 hours on Monday to Friday from our UK warehouse, excluding bank holidays.
Is tracking provided?
Yes. Every order is sent with tracking so you can monitor your delivery from dispatch to arrival.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to eligible UK mainland postcodes. Some remote, Highland, island and offshore postcodes may be unavailable. Eligibility is confirmed at checkout before you complete your order.
Orders & Returns
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please email us at naheem768@hotmail.co.uk as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will arrange an appropriate remedy promptly.
