Using this website

You must use the website lawfully and must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access or misuse its content.

Products and information

We aim to describe and photograph products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly between screens, and artificial foliage may require gentle reshaping after transit. Product dimensions should be checked before ordering. A pot is included only where the product page says so.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. The total payable is displayed before checkout. Payment must be authorised before an order is accepted.

Orders

An order acknowledgement does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel and refund an order if a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, the delivery address is ineligible or an obvious pricing error has occurred. We will contact you using the details provided.

Delivery

Orders are dispatched and delivered in accordance with our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Cancellations, returns and faults

Your rights are described in our Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits statutory rights under UK consumer law.

The Foliova Living name, website copy, layout and original content may not be reproduced or commercially reused without permission. Supplier product imagery and other third-party material remain the property of their respective owners.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.

Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy. The store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party payment, delivery and technology providers.
