This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Cancellation and returns

You may cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving the goods. You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify us to return them.

Email naheem768@hotmail.co.uk before returning anything so we can provide instructions. Returned goods should be unused, in a resaleable condition and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging.

Return postage

For change-of-mind returns, return postage is the customer's responsibility. We recommend a tracked service.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, contact us promptly with your order number and photographs. Foliova Living will arrange an appropriate remedy, such as a replacement or refund, at no cost to you.

Refunds

After a returned item is received and inspected, any refund due will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time after issue depends on the payment provider.
